Real boxes, measured figures

No made-up cases with round percentages. What's here is measured on real conversations.

A neighbourhood box · Madrid

1,151 conversations handled without taking hours from the box

A neighbourhood box in Madrid, a client of ours from the start. A year up and running, with every incoming conversation measured: when they arrive, how long they take to answer and how many end in a trial class.

What we measure

The five numbers that show where people are lost

In every box we measure the same things, from day one. Without this, "it's going better" is a feeling.

01

Minutes to first reply

How long a message takes to be answered, counting the ones at night and on Sundays.

It's the number that matters most, and the one almost no box looks at.

02

Conversations that end in a booking

Out of every hundred people who write, how many leave with a trial class booked.

It separates answering from convincing.

03

Bookings that turn into attendance

How many of those who booked actually walk through the door.

This is where you see what reminders are worth.

04

Trials that end in a sign-up

Of those who come to try, how many stay.

This one is down to your box, not the assistant. It tells you where the problem isn't.

05

Breakdown by hour and channel

What time people write and where from: Instagram, WhatsApp, the website or an ad.

It tells you where it's worth investing and what hour you're losing money.

Where the figures come from

How we count, and what we don't count

The figures come from real conversations, counted one by one across the box's history: how many came in, at what hour, how long they took to answer and how they ended. There are no estimates and no surveys.

Phone numbers are masked and names changed. The names of the boxes are not published: their data is theirs, and showing who is whose client does nobody any good.

When we say something improved, we compare the same box before and after, not one box against another. And we also say what didn't change.

Zunox is in its launch phase, with five slots. As each new box reaches three months, its case will appear here — with their permission and without their name.
