Do I need experience to start?
Not at all. Almost everyone starts having never done CrossFit: the intro classes are in small groups and the coach adapts the weights and the movements. Have you trained before, or would you be starting from scratch?
How much does it cost?
Unlimited membership is €79/month, and there's a 3-days-a-week pass for €65. The first class is free and with no commitment. Would a weekday evening or a Saturday morning suit you better?
