How it works
The same thing you'd do, at eleven at night
Nothing to install, no system to switch, and no sign to your members that there's a tool behind it. This is everything that happens.
The flow
Four steps, and none of them are yours
Tap each step to see what happens underneath.
Everything that comes in, wherever it comes from, lands in the same inbox. It makes no difference whether it's one in the morning, whether you're coaching or whether it's Sunday: the message doesn't sit waiting.
65% of messages arrive when the box is closed or mid-class
What it does in this step
- Brings Instagram, WhatsApp, your website form and your ads into a single inbox
- Recognises anyone who has written before and picks the conversation back up
- Tells someone interested apart from a member asking about the timetable
- Routes an existing member on without giving them the welcome pitch
It knows your rates, your schedules, how demanding your classes are and what you usually reply. It asks what a coach would ask: where they're coming from, what they're after, how long they've been training. It doesn't recite a brochure.
Under 30 seconds on average, at any hour
What it does in this step
- Answers prices, schedules, how the trial class works and what to bring
- Asks about their experience, goals and availability to know what to offer
- Treats someone with years of training differently from someone who's never set foot in a gym
- When something falls outside the script — an injury, a medical question — it hands it to you
- Speaks whatever language they write in
This is where you see it isn't a reply bot. Zunox doesn't jot a name on a list: it checks your actual calendar, decides which class suits that person, closes the booking and leaves the work done for when they walk through the door.
The booking, the record and the coach's heads-up all come out of the same conversation
What it does in this step
- Checks your calendar live and only offers slots that exist and are free
- Picks the class by level: intro if they're starting, normal class if they already train
- Closes the booking inside the conversation and files it where you see it
- Creates the record with everything they said: experience, goals, injuries and where they came from
- Tells the coach on that slot that someone new is coming, and what they should know
- If the slot fills up mid-conversation, it offers another without you stepping in
- Collects the details you need to sign them up, without asking twice for the same thing
On the day of the class they get a reminder. If they don't turn up, Zunox writes again without you doing a thing. And once the trial is over, it asks how it went and sends them the rates.
Not one interested person is left without follow-up
What it does in this step
- Sends the reminder the same day, at the hour that works
- Wins back whoever booked and didn't show, and offers them another slot
- Asks how the class went the same day, while the good soreness is still there
- Sends the rates and explains how to sign up when the moment comes, not before
- Shows you where every person stands and who is still waiting on you
Where it comes in
Four doors, one inbox
It makes no difference where people write to you: it all ends up in the same place, handled by the same person.
Instagram messages
Where most interested people come from.
Your usual number, with WhatsApp Business.
Your website form
Whatever comes in there follows the same path.
Meta ads
If you run campaigns, the leads land in the same inbox.
The limits
What it doesn't do, said plainly
An assistant that promises everything is an assistant that will get it wrong in front of one of your members.
What it doesn't make up
If it's asked something it doesn't know — an injury, a medical question, an odd case — it doesn't improvise: it hands it to you and tells the person you'll reply shortly.
What it doesn't decide
It doesn't negotiate prices, doesn't give discounts you haven't told it about and doesn't change terms. It works with what you set up.
When it steps aside
The moment you type in a conversation, the assistant goes quiet. It only comes back when you say so.
Shall we look at it with your box's data?
Fifteen minutes on a video call. We show you the assistant replying the way it would in your box, with your prices and your schedules.
